Part of Mujeres Fuertes Series. This Painting represents earth and the Environment. She is mother earth.  The shoe and nopal are a nod to the movie Wall-E but instead of a little plant growing out of a boot it's a nopal growing out a Chuck Taylor shoe (the most Chicano shoes out there)
